Applying to be an Exhibitor, you’d just go to this link and fill in the application
Booths
Exhibitors by default can purchase one or two booths, but larger booths require additional work. You’ll need to buy
Exhibitor Hall
The Exhibitor Hall is located in the Forum.
Setup
Exhibitor Move-In on Wednesday is 9 am to 10 pm. Roll-up door hours are 9 am to 5 pm.
Exhibitor badges can be picked-up in the Forum until 4:30 pm
Exhibitor Move-In on Thursday is 7 am to 10 am

Exhibitors may sometimes submit a block of Events in TTE and then work out who’ll run them later. If the Exhibitors wish to make sure their game hosts don’t miss out on an GM rewards, they must have the Events tied to a proper TTE account.
